Veggie Burger on Brioche
A self-developed veggie burger made from roasted peppers, chickpeas, and gently sautéed onions. Served in a homemade crispy brioche bun, with fresh lettuce and a mayo dip. Dig in!
Chickpeas, white onion, yellow pepper, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, garlic, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin seeds, fresh free-range egg, milk, panko (contains gluten), plain flour, fresh baker's yeast, sugar, butter, homemade mayo dip (chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (contains soy), sunflower oil, pasteurised free-range egg yolk, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt), pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, soja, sulfiet.
Microwave
Remove the brioche bun from the tray. Heat the veggie burger on baking paper for 1-2 minutes. Warm the brioche bun halved in a toaster. Serve with the salad and the cucumber dip (cold).

Remove the brioche bun from the tray. Heat the veggie burger uncovered on baking paper for 10-15 minutes. Warm the brioche bun for 5 minutes in the oven or halved in a toaster. Serve with the salad and the mayo dip (cold). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an ovenproof dish.
