In the vegetarian dishes I choose a structure where taste, texture and the type of cuisine are the starting point. This gives you a wide choice of dishes.
The right nutrients
To ensure you eat a balanced diet, I use plenty of legumes, eggs and tofu in addition to fresh vegetables, but also seitan.
