Vegetable Quiche with Coleslaw
Enjoy this savoury quiche filled with a variety of finely chopped vegetables, potato, mature cheese, egg, and fresh thyme. We bake the quiche in the oven until the puff pastry is cooked and crispy. Served with a refreshing coleslaw with apple.
Broccoli, green beans, carrot, white cabbage, white onion, garlic, potato, Jonagold apple, fresh thyme, sun-dried tomatoes (tomato, capers, garlic, oregano, basil, marjoram, rosemary, sunflower oil, salt), mature cheese, pasteurised free-range egg, Greek yoghurt, cream, puff pastry, Dijon mustard, agave syrup, homemade mayonnaise (sunflower oil, pasteurised free-range egg yolk, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt), sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the quiche loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Note: the puff pastry will not remain crispy in the oven. Serve with the coleslaw.

Preheat the quiche covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the coleslaw. Plastic containers and lids cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
