Three Vegetable Mac n Cheese
This Mac n Cheese is packed with vegetables, making this American comfort food dish healthy too! We ensure that this dish is wonderfully creamy, and the different types of cheese add heartiness and depth. With wholemeal macaroni and a portion of Italian-style seasoned vegetables (yellow beetroot, carrot, young soybeans, and pointed cabbage). In the photo, you only see cauliflower, but there’s also pumpkin and peas in it!
Pumpkin, cauliflower, pointed cabbage, peas, carrot, edamame beans (young soybeans), yellow beetroot, courgette, garlic, lemon, fresh basil, capers, sun-dried tomatoes (tomato, caper, garlic, oregano, basil, marjoram, rosemary, sunflower oil, salt), nutmeg, sunflower seeds, Parmesan cheese, white cheddar, milk, wholemeal macaroni, panko (contains gluten), butter, wheat flour, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Heat the Mac n Cheese and vegetables covered with a loosely placed plastic lid for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 6-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the Mac n Cheese and vegetables covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 20 minutes (1 person) to 35 minutes (2 or more persons). Want a crispy crust? Then uncover for the last 7-10 minutes. Plastic containers and lids cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
