Summer Mash with Croquette
This creamy green mash is delightful for young and old alike! I steam the leek, green beans, and peas briefly, then mash them together with fluffy potatoes and white beans to create a smooth mixture. On the side, I serve a delicious crispy cheese croquette.
Cheese croquette (mature cheese, white onion, wheat flour, cream, corn, peas), leek, green beans, peas, potato, fresh parsley, white beans, milk, Dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose, lupine, mosterd, soja, sulfiet.
Microwave
Remove the croquette from the tray and heat the mash covered with plastic wrap for 2-3 minutes (1 person) and 4-6 minutes (2 or more persons). In the last 2 minutes, place the croquette on baking paper alongside; note: the croquette will not be crispy in the microwave.

Remove the croquette from the tray and heat the mash covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 10-15 minutes (1 person) and 20-25 minutes (2 or more persons). In the last 7 minutes, place the croquette on baking paper alongside.
