Summer Mash with Cheese Croquettes

This is yesterday's meal, just as delicious today and 1 euro cheaper! Individually packaged in sustainable disposable packaging. This dish is also affectionately known as 'Bare Bottoms in the Grass': the white beans represent the bottoms and the green beans are the grass. A true summer mash where I also add my homemade piccalilly for a refreshing touch! The bean herb and mustard provide extra flavour. The crispy cheese croquettes with rocket complement this perfectly.

Summer Mash with Cheese Croquettes

Old cheese croquettes (old cheese, milk, free-range egg yolk, wheat flour, vegetable stock [contains celery], rocket, cream, breadcrumbs, salt), green beans, white onion, peas, potato, fresh basil, bean herb, white beans, milk, Dijon mustard, piccalilly (contains wheat flour, mustard), pepper and salt.

Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, selderij, sulfiet.

Microwave

Remove the croquettes with baking paper from the dish. Heat the mash loosely covered for 2-3 minutes. Heat the croquettes on the baking paper for a maximum of 30 seconds. Note: they will not become crispy in the microwave.

Oven — 200°C, 10-20 minMarleen's choice

Remove the croquettes with baking paper from the dish. Heat the mash covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 10 minutes. In the last 2-3 minutes, add the croquettes on the baking paper. Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
