Summer Mash with Cheese Croquette
A healthy mash brimming with green vegetables, pleasantly mild in flavour, perfect for young and old alike! I sauté the onions until they are completely soft and mash them together with fluffy potatoes and steamed green vegetables into a creamy mixture. Served with a crispy cheese croquette (1 per person).
Summer Mash with Cheese Croquette
Old cheese croquette (old cheese, milk, wheat flour, vegetable stock, cream, breadcrumbs, salt), endive, broccoli, leaf spinach, peas, white onion, potato, milk, Dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose, lupine, mosterd, soja, sulfiet.
Microwave
Remove the croquettes with baking paper from the dish. Heat the vegetable mash loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-5 minutes (2 or more persons). Heat the croquette on the baking paper for 30 seconds; note: it will not become crispy in the microwave.

Remove the croquette with baking paper from the dish. Heat the vegetable mash covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25 minutes (2 or more persons). In the last 10 minutes, place the croquette on the baking paper.
