Spring Vegetable Quiche
This dish is a real vegetable delight! The quiche is packed with green lentil vegetables such as peas, asparagus, and spinach. I add plenty of flavour with goat cheese and fresh herbs. On the side, you’ll receive a portion of vegetables with sautéed radishes and steamed sugar snaps.
Spring Vegetable Quiche
Spinach, radish, sugar snaps, broccoli, green asparagus, leek, leaf spinach, peas, spring onion, garlic, fresh dill, mint, thyme, confit lemon, Parmesan cheese, soft goat cheese, pasteurised free-range egg, milk, butter, puff pastry, Dijon mustard, coarse mustard, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the quiche and vegetables loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the quiche and vegetables covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
