Spinach in Pastry
A delightful treat for children (and I personally find it very tasty too!). We mix the spinach with cooked risotto rice, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and free-range egg. We then make so-called parcels from puff pastry, filled with this mixture, which I bake in the oven. Served with a fresh raw vegetable salad.
Spinach, carrot, cucumber, radish, yellow bell pepper, cherry tomato, garlic, fresh parsley, sun-dried tomatoes (tomato, caper, garlic, oregano, basil, marjoram, rosemary, sunflower oil, salt), mature cheese, Parmesan cheese, pasteurised free-range egg, Carnaroli rice, puff pastry.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the parcel uncovered on baking paper for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the salad (cold). The parcels will not be as crispy in the microwave.

Preheat the parcel uncovered on baking paper for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the salad (cold). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
