Spinach Cookies
Not all children are easy eaters, but these cookies are a hit! They are not only very tasty but also healthy. Served with oven fries and a crunchy coleslaw with apple and raisins. Enjoy your meal :)
Spinach Cookies
Spinach, carrot, white cabbage, white onion, garlic, potato, Jonagold apple, fresh parsley, curry masala (contains coriander seed, turmeric, and mustard seed), raisins, mature cheese, pasteurised free-range egg, panko (contains gluten), mango chutney, homemade mayonnaise (sunflower oil, pasteurised free-range egg yolk, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt), sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, sulfiet.
Microwave
Note: the fries will not become crispy in the microwave and will not colour. Heat the fries and the spinach cookies spread out on the baking paper for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-5 minutes (2 or more people). Serve with the coleslaw (cold).
Oven — 200°C, 10-15 minMarleen's choice
Preheat the fries spread out on the baking paper for 5-7 minutes. Then add the spinach cookies and heat everything for another 5-8 minutes. Serve with the coleslaw (cold). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
