Penne in Tomato & Vegetable Sauce
A favourite among many adults and kids: pasta with a sauce packed with finely chopped vegetables and tomatoes, enhanced with fresh basil. I add extra depth to the sauce with sun-dried tomatoes that simmer beautifully. The pasta is whole grain and cooked al dente. Topped with mozzarella cheese that melts deliciously during heating! Healthy and nutritious.
Tomatoes, courgette, carrot, white onion, garlic, fresh basil, sun-dried tomato (tomato, caper, garlic, oregano, basil, marjoram, rosemary, sunflower oil, salt), oregano, thyme, rosemary, fennel seeds, mature cheese, whole grain penne pasta, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Heat the pasta loosely covered or with the plastic lid slightly ajar for 4 minutes (1 person) to 6-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the pasta covered with aluminium foil or an ovenproof dish for 20 minutes (1 person) to 30 minutes (2 or more persons). Plastic containers and lids cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
