Pasta with Cauliflower from the Oven
This pasta dish is packed with cauliflower, yet you can hardly see it, making it a great solution for picky vegetable eaters! I puree part of the cauliflower, which makes the pasta beautifully creamy. The other part of the cauliflower I roast until just tender. Before I pop the whole dish in the oven, I sprinkle the pasta with a mixture of fresh parsley, mature cheese, and breadcrumbs, giving the dish a lovely crispy topping.

Cauliflower, white onion, garlic, fresh parsley, mature cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, milk, wholemeal macaroni, brown sandwich bread, butter, plain flour, Dijon mustard, butter, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the pasta loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-5 minutes (2 or more persons). The cheese crust will be less crispy in the microwave.

Preheat the pasta covered with aluminium foil or an ovenproof dish for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20 minutes (2 or more persons). For a gratinated cheese crust, remove the cover for the last 5 minutes. Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
