A light and flavourful vegetarian Italian dish featuring orecchiette pasta. I mix my fresh basil and cashew pesto through the pasta along with finely chopped green vegetables, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy your meal!
Pasta Pesto
Cherry tomatoes, broccoli, courgette, peas, green beans, fresh basil, cashew nuts, peanut oil, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, orecchiette pasta, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, pepper and salt.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose, noten.
Microwave
Heat the pasta loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-6 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the pasta in an ovenproof dish covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an ovenproof dish.
