Pasta with Green Sauce
This pasta is healthy, vegetarian, and hassle-free at the table! I cook the wholemeal pasta al dente and mix it with a sauce packed with hidden vegetables (spinach, courgette, and peas, which are blended into the sauce after cooking) with fresh basil and finished off with mature cheese. Enjoy!

Courgette, spinach, peas, white onion, garlic, fresh basil, white beans, mature cheese, cream, wholemeal penne pasta, organic vegetable stock, sunflower oil.

Heat the pasta loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-6 minutes (2 or more persons).
Oven — 200°C, 15-25 min
Preheat the pasta covered with aluminium foil or an ovenproof dish for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20-25 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
