Pasta Funghi with Rocket
A classic combination of sautéed mushrooms, garlic, cream, and fresh parsley. With al dente fresh pasta and, of course, crunchy rocket for a nutty and slightly spicy taste sensation.
Mushrooms, white onion, rocket, cèpes (porcini), boletus, oyster mushrooms, black mushrooms, garlic, fresh parsley and thyme, Parmesan cheese, cream, casareccia pasta, Noilly Prat vermouth, organic vegetable stock, extra virgin olive oil, potato starch, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: alcohol, gluten, koemelk, lactose, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the pasta with sauce loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Place the rocket on top of the pasta with sauce on your plate.
Oven — 200°C, 15-30 minMarleen's choice
Preheat the pasta with sauce covered with aluminium foil or an ovenproof dish for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Place the rocket on top of the pasta with sauce on your plate. Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
