Panna Cotta with Caramel Sauce
I make this panna cotta using milk, cream, and a little bit of cornflour. No more gelatine, as I used to do. Just as delicious and now 100% vegetarian! The caramel sauce is wonderfully sweet, just as it should be :)
Milk, cream, double cream, cornflour, light brown sugar, sugar.
