Both vegetables are enhanced with a blend of Hawaij spices, including coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek, and turmeric. The gribiche sauce made from pieces of boiled egg, gherkin, and raisins in a refreshing 'mayonnaise' complements it perfectly. 500 g, ideal for taking to work, the park, or simply enjoying at home, and perfect as a light evening meal or healthy lunch.
