Moussaka
Moussaka is also delicious without meat! This version is made with plenty of roasted aubergine, along with courgette, sweet tomatoes, and spiced braised brown lentils topped with fresh feta. On top, there is a lightly spiced béchamel with Parmesan cheese.

Aubergine, tomatoes, courgette, white onion, garlic, potato, brown lentils, cinnamon, nutmeg, oregano, allspice, rosemary, thyme, feta made from pasteurised sheep and goat's milk, Parmesan cheese, milk, butter, plain flour, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose.
Microwave
Heat the moussaka loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the moussaka covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 20 minutes (1 person) to 25-35 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
