Mac n Cheese with Pumpkin
This Mac n Cheese contains much more vegetable goodness than you might initially think. I make the pasta wonderfully creamy by puréeing sweet roasted pumpkin and steamed leek, then mixing it with a cheese sauce. Enjoy your meal! The dish may look slightly different from the photo.
Pumpkin, courgette, carrot, leek, fresh thyme, nutmeg, paprika powder, mature cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, red cheddar, milk, wholemeal macaroni, butter, plain flour.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose.
Microwave
Heat the pasta loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-6 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the pasta covered with aluminium foil or an oven-safe dish for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20-25 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
