Lentestamp with Cheese Croquettes
Delicious! A hearty mash packed with stewed vegetables and fluffy potatoes. Served alongside are 2 cheese croquettes with a dip of mango and coarse mustard, a refreshing contrast :)
Old cheese croquettes (old cheese, milk, free-range egg yolk, wheat flour, vegetable stock [contains celery], rocket, cream, breadcrumbs, salt), leek, green cabbage, spinach, green beans, potato, fresh basil, chives, parsley, milk, Dijon mustard, coarse mustard, mango chutney (mango, sugar, cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, chili, salt), rapeseed oil, pepper and salt.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, selderij, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the mash loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Heat the croquettes uncovered on the baking paper for 1-2 minutes (they will be less crispy in the microwave). Serve with the mango chutney (cold).

Preheat the mash covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 20-35 minutes (2 or more persons). Heat the croquettes uncovered on the baking paper for 10-15 minutes. Serve with the mango chutney (cold).
