Kids Nasi with Omelette
What a great friend for kids this vegetable nasi with omelette is! I make the nasi from steamed brown rice and basmati rice, which I then stir-fry with my own spice mix. I add finely chopped vegetables, such as red bell pepper and green beans, along with finely sliced pieces of omelette. Topped with crunchy peanuts.
Kids Nasi with Omelette
Red bell pepper, carrot, green beans, white cabbage, peas, white onion, garlic, fresh ginger, chilli powder, curry masala (coriander seeds, turmeric, cumin, mustard seeds, nigella, fenugreek, pepper), peanuts, pasteurised free-range egg, basmati rice, brown rice, gluten-free ketjap manis, gluten-free soy sauce, palm sugar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, mosterd, pinda, soja.
Microwave
Heat the nasi with omelette and peanuts loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-6 minutes (2 or more persons).

Heat the nasi with omelette and peanuts covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20-25 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
