Kids minestrone soup
A super healthy and deliciously filled soup, perfect for children! All the vegetables are finely chopped and gently sautéed in the pan. Then, vegetable broth and finely chopped tomatoes are added. With herbs, fine pasta (orzo), and white beans, I finish off the soup. I serve it with a crunchy cheese stick, of course, homemade too!

Tomatoes, courgette, carrot, kale, celeriac, leek, white onion, garlic, potato, fresh bay leaf, white beans, oregano, Parmesan cheese, orzo pasta (wheat flour), puff pastry, organic vegetable broth, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil.

Heat the soup with the lid slightly ajar for 3-4 minutes. The best way to warm the soup is in a pan over medium heat. Serve with the cheese stick (best warmed for 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees). Note: Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
