Hutspot with Cheese Croquette
Delicious for young and old, this traditional hutspot is packed with vegetables! I stew the carrots and onions until they are completely soft and mash them together with fluffy potatoes into a creamy mixture. With a cheese croquette, this child-friendly dish is vegetarian.
