A healthy dinner with this Greek lentil salad, featuring crunchy vegetables, fresh herbs, dark mountain lentils, whole grain rice, olives, and pickled red sumac onions. Topped with fresh feta and roasted aubergine with za'atar. This meal is packaged individually and is perfect for dinner (or lunch), easy to take on the go, in the park, at the beach, at work, or simply at home. 500 grams, vegetarian. This salad is served cold.
Green bell pepper, green beans, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, aubergine, fresh dill, parsley, kalamata olives, black beluga lentils, smoked paprika, cinnamon, sumac, fennel seeds, za'atar (sesame, oregano, mint, sumac, turmeric, salt), raisins, feta made from pasteurised sheep's and goat's milk, yoghurt, brown rice, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
