A healthy evening meal with this Greek lentil salad, featuring crunchy vegetables, fresh herbs, dark mountain lentils, whole grain rice, olives, and pickled red sumac onions. Topped with fresh feta and roasted aubergine with za'atar. This meal is packaged individually and is perfect for enjoying at home, or taking to the park or beach! 550 grams, vegetarian and gluten-free. This bowl is served cold.
Green bell pepper, green beans, cucumber, red onion, aubergine, fresh dill and parsley, kalamata olives, black beluga lentils, smoked paprika, cinnamon, sumac, fennel seeds, za'atar (sesame, oregano, mint, sumac, turmeric, salt), raisins, sheep and goat's milk feta, yoghurt, brown rice, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
