Gnocchi alla puttanesca

When I make gnocchi at home, the pan always comes out completely clean :) This gnocchi is inspired by 'spaghetti alla puttanesca': a traditional Italian pasta dish that is characterised by typical Southern Italian culinary influences. With ingredients like olives, capers, and good olive oil, you'll feel transported to that region. It comes with a portion of roasted vegetables.
