Fresh Pea Soup
I make this soup from peas with fresh oregano and mint, and a hint of cream and lemon to give it a refreshing taste. 500 ml, enough for 2 bowls.
Peas, white onion, garlic, potato, lemon, fresh mint and oregano, cream, yoghurt, organic vegetable stock, sunflower oil, pepper and salt.
Allergens: koemelk, lactose, sulfiet.
