Foe yong hai for kids

This vegetarian foe yong hai is an ideal dish for children and very healthy due to all the vegetables. I make the sweet sauce by slowly simmering the tomatoes with spices. This sauce is served with a well-filled vegetable omelette and whole grain rice.
