Feta Boregi
Boregi is Ottoman for 'pastry'. This pastry made from thin, crispy dough is filled with feta, spinach, and fresh dill, offering a refreshing taste. It comes with a portion of roasted vegetables such as aubergine and courgette (unlike the photo).
Spinach, green bell pepper, celery, pointed cabbage, white onion, cucumber, garlic, Jonagold apple, fresh dill, mint and parsley, black beluga lentils, cumin seeds, allspice, sumac, raisins, sesame seeds, walnuts, sheep and goat milk feta, pasteurised free-range egg, yoghurt, filo pastry (made from wheat flour), honey, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, sesamzaad.
Microwave
Heat the feta boregi on the baking paper, along with the vegetables, uncovered for 3-5 minutes. Note: the feta boregi will not become crispy in the microwave.

Preheat the feta boregi on the baking paper along with the vegetables uncovered for 15-20 minutes (1 person) or 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
