Courgette Fritters with Creamed Spinach
Healthy and delicious: the perfect combination for a children's dish! I make these courgette fritters with almond flour and a hint of Parmesan cheese, then bake them in the oven. I serve them with a generous portion of creamed spinach and roasted potatoes. Enjoy!
Courgette, spinach, white onion, spring onion, potato, lemon, fresh dill, bay leaf, mint and parsley, nutmeg, clove, mace, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, pasteurised free-range egg, milk, butter, plain flour, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, noten.
Microwave
Heat the courgette fritters with potatoes and spinach loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-5 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the courgette fritters and potatoes on baking paper and the spinach covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 10-15 minutes (1 person) to 20 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
