The salad is refreshingly crisp, with roasted pumpkin, tomatoes, spinach, crunchy hazelnuts, and dressed with tarragon dressing.

Leek, broccoli, vine tomatoes, pumpkin, red bell pepper, spinach, lemon juice, fresh chives and tarragon, kalamata olives, hazelnuts, Parmesan cheese, ricotta, red cheddar, pasteurised free-range egg, puff pastry, Dijon mustard, coarse mustard, extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt.

Microwave
Heat the leek tart uncovered on baking paper for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more people). The puff pastry will not become crispy in the microwave. Serve with the salad (cold).

Preheat the leek tart uncovered on baking paper for 20-25 minutes. Serve with the salad (cold). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
