Chilled Cucumber Soup
A new summer soup! This fresh, light green cucumber soup is made with fresh herbs and a touch of cream. The soup is best served ice-cold straight from the fridge. Gluten-free, 500 ml, enough for 2 bowls.
Cucumber, fresh parsley and chives, white onion, garlic, lemon juice, cream, extra virgin olive oil, organic vegetable stock, sunflower oil, black pepper and salt.
