Cauliflower Burger with Chips
This is a vegetable delight that kids won't even notice! The burgers are packed with small pieces of lightly steamed cauliflower, cheese, and a hint of lemon. I roast them in the oven until golden brown. A perfect family meal with a cabbage salad and crispy chips.
Pointed cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, spring onion, white onion, garlic, potato, lemon, curry massala (contains coriander seed, turmeric, and mustard seed), mature cheese, pasteurised free-range egg, Greek yoghurt, milk, panko (contains gluten), Dijon mustard, honey, homemade mayonnaise (sunflower oil, pasteurised free-range egg yolk, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt), pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, sulfiet.
Microwave
Remove the chips from the tray and place them on a plate. Heat the burger loosely covered and the chips on the plate for 1 minute (1 person) to 2-3 minutes (2 or more people). Note, the chips will not be crispy in the microwave. Serve with the salad (cold).

Remove the chips from the tray and spread them out on a baking sheet. Heat the burger covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil and the chips on the baking sheet for 10 minutes (1 person) to 15 minutes (2 or more people). Serve with the salad (cold). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
