These savoury carrot fritters are well-seasoned and cooked on a hot plate. They come with a hummus made from roasted carrots, lemon, and chickpeas. Accompanied by a rich salad of watercress, orange, and fennel, topped with crumbled feta and pumpkin seeds.

Carrot, watercress, lamb's lettuce, spinach, orange, fennel, white onion, baking powder, cornmeal, chickpea flour, chickpeas, lemon, tahini, feta, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, sherry vinegar, mustard, honey, green chili, cinnamon, mint, cumin seeds, pumpkin, ground cumin, fennel seeds, coriander powder, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, pepper & salt.
Allergens: sesamzaad.
Microwave
Remove the hummus from the bowl and heat the fritters covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute (1 person) to 2-4 minutes (2 or more people). Serve with hummus, salad, and dressing (cold).

Remove the hummus from the bowl and heat the fritters uncovered for 10 minutes at 200 degrees (1 person) to 15 minutes (2 or more people, placing the bottom fritters on top halfway through). Serve with hummus, salad, and dressing (cold).
