Broccoli Burgers with Vegetable Pilaf
This vegetarian dish is a vegetable powerhouse, and the kids won't even notice! The burger is packed with small pieces of steamed broccoli, mature cheese, and a hint of curry. I roast them in the oven until golden brown. The pilaf made from basmati and brown rice is filled with finely chopped carrots, peas, and raisins.
