Broccoli Burger with Oven Chips
This is a vegetable bomb that kids won't even notice! The burger is packed with small pieces of steamed broccoli, cheese, and a hint of curry. I roast them in the oven until golden brown. A perfect meal for children, served with cucumber salad and crispy skin-on chips.
