Broccoli Burger with Oven Chips

This is a vegetable bomb that kids won't even notice! The burger is packed with small pieces of steamed broccoli, cheese, and a hint of curry. I roast them in the oven until golden brown. A perfect meal for children, served with cucumber salad and crispy skin-on chips.

Broccoli Burger with Oven Chips

Broccoli, white onion, cucumber, garlic, potato, fresh parsley, curry massala (contains coriander seeds, turmeric, and mustard seeds), mature cheese, pasteurised free-range egg, milk, panko (contains gluten), extra virgin olive oil, rice vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd.

Microwave

Remove the salad from the bowl. Also take out the chips and place them on a plate. Heat the burger loosely covered and the chips on the plate for 1 minute (1 person) to 2-3 minutes (2 or more persons). Note, the chips will not be crispy in the microwave. Serve with the cucumber salad (cold). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
