Baba Bread & Butter

I make this bread and butter pudding from babas, which are classic French small cakes. I soak the babas in a syrup of lemon peel and rum. Delicious with tea or coffee!

Lemon, raisins, fresh free-range egg, milk, cream, plain flour, fresh baker's yeast, rum, sugar, vanilla, butter.
