Arretjescake
My mother often made arretjescake for birthdays or parties when I was younger. I would sneakily (and perhaps a bit too much) nibble on the batter. The 'cake' doesn't go in the oven but sets in the fridge. In this version, I add pieces of walnut. It's a rich treat to enjoy in the evening with a cup of coffee or tea :)
Walnuts, pasteurised free-range egg, cream, tea biscuits (contains gluten), cocoa powder, light brown sugar, butter.
