Wild Boar Stew with Poached Pear
This luxurious dish is a delightful winter meal. Tender pieces of wild boar (Echt Wild certification) stewed with juniper berries, red wine, and dark chocolate. Served with a soft poached pear, steamed and roasted winter vegetables, and crushed new potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
Wild boar (Echt Wild certification), yellow beet, Brussels sprouts, white onion, carrot, tomatoes, celery, spring onion, leek, garlic, celeriac, new potatoes with skin, lemon, orange peel, poached pear, fresh parsley, rosemary and thyme, chilli powder, juniper berries, cinnamon, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, bay leaf, star anise, tomato purée, red wine, dark chocolate, sugar, homemade veal stock (contains celery), extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: alcohol, selderij, soja, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the wild boar stew, vegetables, and potatoes loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the poached pear.

Preheat the wild boar stew, vegetables, and potatoes covered with aluminium foil or an oven-safe dish for 20 minutes (1 person) to 30-35 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the poached pear (cold). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
