Turkey mince (better living 2 stars), anchovies, tomatoes, courgette, fennel, cucumber, white onion, garlic, red chilli, fresh basil, kalamata olives, capers, sun-dried tomatoes (tomato, caper, garlic, oregano, basil, marjoram, rosemary, sunflower oil, salt), oregano, oregano, thyme, rosemary, fennel seeds, Parmesan cheese, pasteurised free-range egg, milk, wholemeal spaghetti, panko (contains gluten), butter, wheat flour, sambal badjak, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Heat the pasta with meatballs loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the salad (cold).

Preheat the pasta with meatballs in an ovenproof dish covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the salad (cold).
