Tender Chicken in Curry Sauce
This is yesterday's meal, still just as delicious today and €1 cheaper! Packed per person in sustainable disposable packaging. I often make this special chicken dish at home for my family, and everyone loves it! The chicken thigh fillet (better living 2 stars) simmers for hours in a mildly spicy, fragrant curry sauce until it's tender and easily pulled apart. This is also known as 'pulled chicken'. Served with a rice dish full of vegetables, such as cauliflower and courgette, sweet potato, and spices.
