Tender Chicken in Curry Sauce
This is yesterday's meal, just as delicious today and £1 cheaper! Individually packed in sustainable disposable packaging. I often make this special chicken dish at home for my family, and everyone loves it! The chicken thigh fillet (Better Life 2 stars) simmers for hours in a mildly spicy fragrant curry sauce until it is tender and easily pulled apart. This is also known as 'pulled chicken'. Served with a refreshing cucumber raita (yoghurt sauce) and vegetable-packed nasi, including cauliflower, courgette, sweet potato, and spices.
Tender Chicken in Curry Sauce
Chicken thigh fillet (Better Life 2 stars), tomatoes, white onion, cauliflower, courgette, cucumber, leaf spinach, peas, garlic, red chilli, sweet potato, Granny Smith apple, fresh ginger and mint, garam masala (coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom, allspice, nutmeg, pepper, fennel seeds, bay leaf, cloves), ginger, curry massala (contains turmeric and mustard seeds), paprika powder, fennel seeds, raisins, Greek yoghurt, basmati rice, brown rice, chamomile tea, butter, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: koemelk, lactose, mosterd, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the nasi with vegetables and the chicken in curry sauce loosely covered for 3-4 minutes. Serve with the cucumber raita (cold).

Preheat the nasi with vegetables and the chicken in curry sauce covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes. Serve with the cucumber raita (cold). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
