Vietnamese Chicken with Lemongrass
An authentic dish from the Far East! The typical Vietnamese combination of fresh lemongrass, white pepper, and lime juice makes this chicken thigh (better living 2 stars) so delicious. Together with the crunchy green vegetables and colourful Vietnamese rice - my version, which includes brown rice and basmati rice - this is a healthy meal with pure flavours. Enjoy!
Vietnamese Chicken with Lemongrass
Chicken thigh fillet (better living 2 stars), courgette, green beans, celery, carrot, spring onion, garlic, red pepper, green pepper, lime juice, fresh lemongrass (sereh), turmeric, coriander and mint, peanuts, sesame seeds, basmati rice, brown rice, gluten-free soy sauce, fish sauce, coconut milk, santen (coconut cream), sugar, rice vinegar, white pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: pinda, sesamzaad, soja, vis.
Microwave
Heat the rice and chicken with vegetables loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 6-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the rice and chicken with vegetables covered with aluminium foil or an ovenproof dish for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
