Turkey Wellington LUXE
A festive meal for Friday night! I fill crisp pastry with turkey mince (better living 2 stars) and turkey fillet, sautéed mushrooms, and fresh cranberries. I provide homemade gravy in a separate container. Served with braised and roasted vegetables and a classic sweet potato mash with fresh thyme.
Turkey mince (better living 2 stars), confit duck, broccoli, peas, chestnut mushrooms, white onion, spinach, celery, celeriac, leek, carrot, potato, sweet potato, cranberry compote, cranberries, fresh bay leaf, parsley, rosemary, sage and thyme, juniper berries, cloves, star anise, chestnut, pasteurised free-range egg, milk, puff pastry, panko (contains gluten), Dijon mustard, tomato purée, xanthan gum, brandy, red wine, dark brown sugar, honey, sugar, homemade veal stock (contains celery), rapeseed oil, red wine vinegar, butter, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Heat the turkey wellington, vegetables, and mash loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Check if the wellington is warm enough. Heat the gravy with the lid loosely on for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Preheat the turkey wellington, vegetables, and mash covered with aluminium foil or an oven-safe dish for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Heat the gravy in a saucepan for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
