MicrowaveMarleen's choice
Heat the wellington, mash, vegetables, and gravy loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Note - the puff pastry will not become crispy in the microwave.
Oven — 200°C, 15-30 min
Remove the wellington with the baking paper from the dish. Heat the mash, gravy, and vegetables covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Heat the wellington on the baking paper for the last 10 minutes uncovered. Serve with the gravy. Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
