Turkey Burgers with Tabbouleh and Fennel
This is yesterday's meal, just as delicious today and €1 cheaper! Individually packaged in sustainable disposable packaging. This healthy dish is a classic from MarleenKookt! The burger is made from high-quality turkey mince (better living 2 stars), grated courgette, and fresh mint and spring onion. Accompanied by a rich lentil tabbouleh, inspired by a recipe from Sergio Herman's book 'Simple Food'. Served with roasted fennel, cauliflower, and bell peppers, along with a refreshing yoghurt sauce.
Turkey Burgers with Tabbouleh and Fennel
Turkey mince (better living 2 stars), fennel, cauliflower, cucumber, red and yellow bell pepper, courgette, peas, spinach, spring onion, red onion, garlic, lemon, fresh dill, mint, parsley, preserved lemon, chickpeas, black beluga lentils, chilli powder, harissa (red chilli pepper, garlic, coriander seeds, caraway seeds), cumin seeds, pasteurised free-range egg, yoghurt, bulgur, couscous, gluten-free soy sauce, tahini (sesame paste), baking soda, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, sesamzaad, soja, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the burgers with the vegetables loosely covered for 2-3 minutes. Let the lentil tabbouleh come to room temperature, or heat it for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Serve with the yoghurt dip (cold).
Oven — 200°C, 15-20 minMarleen's choice
Preheat the burgers with the vegetables covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, let the lentil tabbouleh come to room temperature, or heat it for 1-2 minutes. Serve with the yoghurt dip (cold). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
