The burger is made from high-quality turkey mince (better living 2 stars), grated courgette, fresh mint, and spring onions. Accompanied by a rich lentil tabbouleh, inspired by a recipe from Sergio Herman's book 'Simple Food'. Served with roasted fennel, cauliflower, and peppers.
