<b>Prawn Chowder with Corn</b> A lightly spicy soup based on a Peruvian recipe, enriched with fresh prawn bisque and filled with king prawns, corn, and quinoa. <b>Turkey Wellington</b> A luxurious stuffed turkey Wellington, roasted pumpkin with marshmallow, American-style potato gratin, and - as it should be - Thanksgiving gravy. <b>Pumpkin Cake</b> No Thanksgiving is complete without a delicious slice of Pumpkin Cake! This traditional cake is made with stewed pumpkin, orange zest, and spices. Topped with a fresh frosting and candied pecans.

Microwave
Soup: see above. Heat the Wellington, pumpkin, and potato gratin loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more people). Check if the Wellington is warm enough. Heat the gravy with a loosely placed lid for 30 sec. Dessert: cold
Oven — 200°C, 20-30 minMarleen's choice
Bring the soup to the boil in a pan and let it simmer for 1 min. 1 p: Heat the Wellington, pumpkin, and potato gratin uncovered for 20 minutes (1 person). For 2 or more people: remove the Wellington from the dish. Heat the dish covered for 30 min and add the Wellington on baking paper for the last 15 min. Heat the gravy in a small pan. Dessert: cold
