Thai Massaman Curry
Massaman curry is a Thai curry with Middle Eastern influences, based on coconut milk, cardamom, galangal, lemongrass, and cumin. The typical Middle Eastern spices of star anise and cinnamon give it a rich and 'warm' flavour.
