Tex Mex Lasagne
I build this Mexican lasagne with layers of sauce interspersed with tortillas. The sauce between the tortillas is made from minced beef, seasoned with Mexican spices, roasted peppers, and tomatoes. It's a comforting and healthy family meal, and it's still a favourite among my (now grown-up) children! Enjoy your meal and buenas noches!
Minced beef (better life 2 stars), tomatoes, peppers, celery, courgette, white onion, carrot, spring onion, garlic, corn, chilli powder, cinnamon, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, oregano, mature cheese, crème fraîche, flour tortillas (contains gluten), cocoa, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose, selderij.
Microwave
Heat the lasagne loosely covered or with a plastic lid loosely on top for 4 minutes (1 person) to 7-8 minutes (2 or more persons).
Oven — 200°C, 20-30 minMarleen's choice
Preheat the lasagne covered with an oven-safe dish or aluminium foil for 20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Plastic containers and lids cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
