Enjoy this summer salad featuring smoked chicken breast (better living 2 stars). The fresh peach is briefly grilled, enhancing its sweetness. The salad includes cubes of white cheese, walnuts, and white grapes. Accompanied by homemade Thousand Islands dressing (deliciously exotic in flavour!) and a slice of grilled sourdough bread. Smoked chicken breast (better living 2 stars), pointed cabbage, cherry tomatoes, green beans, celeriac, celery, radish, potato, lemon, Jonagold apple, peach, seedless white grapes, fresh basil, paprika powder, walnuts, white cheese cubes, pasteurised free-range egg, multigrain sourdough bread (wheat flour, rye flour and sourdough, barley, yeast), tabasco, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce (contains soy), orange juice, honey, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Briefly warm the bread in the toaster. Mix the salad on your plate with the smoked chicken and half a peach, then drizzle with the Thousand Islands dressing. Serve with the bread.
