Sukiyaki beef
An extraordinarily healthy dish consisting of two elements: (1) a crunchy Japanese 'salad' with fried strips of beef (better living 2 stars), crisp vegetables, and Japanese rice noodles, and (2) a homemade savoury Japanese broth. You pour the warm broth over the meal at home and it's ready. Enjoy!
